About GHGSD

Greater Heights Global Sports Development Limited (GHGSD) is a fully indigenous Nigerian company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), of Nigeria on the 29th of November, 2017 (Registration Number RC1456043).

Greater Heights Global Sports Development Limited (GHGSD) specialises in sports and youth development. Our core competence is the organization and management of grassroots based sports competitions where one of the key objectives is to discover outstanding, talented and ambitious sports men and women and nurture their desire to pursue a professional career in sports.

It is also part of GHGSD’s business mandate to develop marketing/sales strategy for sports kits manufacturing companies, we also partner with corporate organizations to attract financial and in-kind support for sports and youth development. As an organization that believes in publicity and visibility, we encourage corporate organizations to take advantage of the publicity inherent in sporting activities to promote their companies and brands. In summary, ours is to offer cost effective solutions with the best of returns on investment that promotes youth involvement in sport while helping to reduce the challenges society faces when young people are deprived of opportunities and hope for betterment.

As a sports and youth development company, our values are driven by our strong passion for discovering gifted and talented sports men and women, train and groom them to a professional career level, create opportunities for them to compete on the global sports platform, help them realize financial sufficiency, make them financial pillars to their families and encourage them to give back to the society.

Fundamental Principles

  • We believe that all gifted sports men and women should be given equal opportunities to succeed and no sports person should suffer from discrimination or the lack of opportunity.
  • We believe that sports and sporting activities can be deployed to help lift disadvantaged youth and their families out of poverty.
  • We believe successful persons should help the less privileged but gifted and talented youth to succeed
  • We believe Government alone cannot achieve the much desired success in nurturing youth sporting talent, and that support from corporate organizations, kindred-spirited and philanthropic individuals, and public/private sector collaboration - as through Private Public Partnerships (PPP) – will be more successful in our desire to promote participation in sports and a collective commitment to ethical standards in society.
  • We believe “we all know something and nobody knows it all”, with this in mind, we are committed to an exchange of good practice in partnership with foreign and local organizations with the aim of realizing a win-win situation for all stakeholders.
